Séjour au top 👌 Que du soleil, avec une vue sur mer magnifique de l appartement. Randonnée très sympa au départ de l appartement du côté de rotheneuf,pointe de la varde. Restaurant,bar ,sur le sillon très agréable. Nous conseillons cet appartement.

Sehr positiv mit kleinen Mängeln, die leicht zu beheben sind.

Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist einmalig, der Blick bis nach Intra muros und über das Meer ist unschlagbar. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten und ist sehr ruhig; man wird eher von der Sonne als von Lärm geweckt. Leider sind die großen Wintergarten-Fenster im Wohnzimmer auf der Unterseite schon etwas blind geworden, weil sich zwischen der Doppelverglasung Feuchtigkeit gesammelt hat. Das haben frühere Mieter auch schon bemängelt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig (es fehlt ausgerechnet ein Korkenzieher), aber altmodisch. Das stört nicht, allerdings sind die alten und fleckigen Teppiche weder schön noch gesund; das betrifft auch das Sofa. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind rund um das Haus sehr günstig. Wir überlegen, schon im kommenden Jahr wiederzukommen. Wenn der Eigentümer einige kleine Renovierungen durchführt, um so lieber. Die Abwicklung der Reise und die Zusammenarbeit mit Interhome waren perfekt.

Tres bonnes prestations, , buanderie super pratique pour des sportifs. et les équipements pratiques. Agence Interhome au top. Appartement à proximité de tout et presque pieds dans l'eau géant. Un seul petit point négatif..... dommage que la baie vitrée centrale soit pleine de condensation sur le double vitrage, permettant pas d avoir une super vue. vraiment dommage. Y retournerai surment
