The Cocoonr Agency is offering this 35 m² apartment, which was completely renovated and insulated in 2023 for your comfort (double glazing, heating, insulation). It is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium in the chic intra-muros shipowners' district.
The accommodation, equipped with a modern high-tech heating system, is composed as follows: - A very bright living room, consisting of a lounge with a sofa bed - A modern, fully equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a queen-size bed - A shower room with toilet
For even more comfort, you will have a dishwasher and washing machine at your disposal. A high chair and a travel cot are also available (please request this when booking, and we will set up the travel cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Nearby Bon-Secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can visit the Ile du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located. All shops are within walking distance of the apartment.
Visits: La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue D'asfeld, next to the apartment, a mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the cathedral, the ramparts tour, guided tours available from the Tourist Office located at Porte St-Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside. From Place St-Vincent, you will find buses and coaches to all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as a small train for a guided historical tour of the city.
Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as the gourmet street, offers a range of excellent local products: Bordier butter and cheese, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 Saisons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger's, as well as numerous restaurants, such as the Breizh Café, Le Cambusier, or L'Absynthe at the bottom of the street.
Restaurants and cafés: On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy delicious seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'Or, or brunch on Sunday afternoon at Maison Générale, a treat for the taste buds and the eyes (please note that reservations are recommended). You can discover the charming Cargo Culte restaurant with its friendly atmosphere, home-style cooking, pies, salads, open sandwiches, soups, and antique décor. The Duchesse Anne crêperie is a historic establishment not to be missed.
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St-Patrick's or a festive Belle Époque vibe. Cocktail lovers should head to La Fabrique, which offers a wide range of original cocktails. Ce logement est tellement bien situé où il fait bon vivre! Tout est impeccable, propre et fonctionnel. Toutes les commodités y sont et la déco soigneusement choisie. Restos et commerces à profusion aux alentours. Un seul désappointement: la remise de la clé à plus d’un km à pied.
