Wc. Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190). Bedroom 2 (bed 160x200). Baby equipment on request. Sheets and towels for hire. Cleaning service included. Central gas heating (underfloor) at an additional cost. Terrace. Garden furniture. Plancha. Open garage. Parking. The cottage is located in the heart of Manche, less than an hour from tourist sites and five minutes from the stud farm. Saint-Lô "martyr city" was almost completely destroyed by the bombings of the Second World War and rebuilt in the 1950s - 1960s. The cottage is a stone house with a large garden and is located on the outskirts of town, on the edge of a residential area and close to a few shops. (Aldi). This former farmhouse, now part of the urban area of the prefecture city, benefits from a beautiful green space, an enclosed courtyard and no overlooked views. You can take pleasant walks in the "horse capital" which has provided French and international sport with a host of great champions. Also, cleaning is provided by the company HC NETTOYAGE.
