Characterful gîte, set in an old isolated farmhouse, facing the Alt Garrotxa mountains, with independent entrance. Raised ground floor (a few steps): living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), shower room, WC. Private, enclosed, south-facing terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), private parking on the property. Former livestock farm located in the heart of nature with an 800 m unpaved access road. Two other gîtes are available on site: Ref 66G117910 and 66G117917 Just a few kilometers from the border with Spain, 43 km from Figueres, the Couloumé site overlooks the valley, surrounded by nature.
