The perfect stopover just off the A75

Traveling south to our house in France and we had planned a stress free journey relaxing stop here. Thanks to ferry mix up, a re routing to Cherbourg from Caen and me having a cold the journey was very long and difficult. The Hotel Rodier was a haven of simple calm nothing fancy but everything just worked exactly what you could ask for after 10 hours on the road. A beer on arrival a good meal with half a litre of wine and a superbly comfortable bed and a great shower and Breakfast in the morning the ideal overnight stop.

Séjour court, surtout que quand je suis arrivé vers 17h00, l'hotel etait ... fermé! Heureusement qu'une voisine sympa, qui m'avais vu, les a appelés, avec efficacité car à 16h30, l'hôtel était ouvert.
