Terrible experience.

I booked this hotel through Expedia at 7.30pm. I was suppose to check in at 12.30am. When I called hotel at 12am. No body picked up & in French language they said check in close at 9pm. This was not shown any where in Expedia website. I called Expedia for refund. Expedia also refused to refund it. We had to book another hotel & stat.

Location, location, location...

Bad location for us. Probably good only if you are going to or from the airport, otherwise - avoid. Choice of just a few places to eat within walking distance. That aside, The hotel itself was lovely, staff were pretty good too and the breakfast was spot on for €5!

Good value for money, but would recommend taking a travel kettle as no refreshments in the room and check the check in time as the hotel states a different time to website.

Big family room and easy to find.

Was surprised at the quality of the room for the price. Really big room for 4 people, led tv on the wall, excellent shower in the bathroom. All seemed very new and was surprised only a 2 star. Staff's english was not great but managed to convey that we would be late arriving in spanish instead. The spanish speaking staff really friendly, offering lollipops to the kids etc. Good location close to some restaurants and a big Leclerc.
