Close to owners' house, the gite 'St Jean Baptiste' is adjoining a second one. Upstairs (outside stairs) : living room with kitchen area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Upper floor: attic bedroom with air-conditioning (3 single beds). TV point. Travel cot & changing mat available. Highchair & bathtube for baby on request. Outdoors : small private garden, extensive shared grounds, BBQ, garden furniture, deckchairs, boules. Electric heating. Utilities included in rent from 15/05 to 15/09 and for 1 or 2 nights-stays.
