Warning - the management company looking after this apartment is very poor. The apartment itself was fine. We received a message 2 days before check in stating that we would receive the address and instructions to enter the property 24 hours before check in, but the instructions never arrived. I messaged on Stayz several hours before check in but there was no response - it's clearly not monitored by the host or management. At the check in time, I rang the contact number, which played a recorded message requesting guests to message a WhatsApp number and stating they would respond within 15 minutes. I messaged the number to ask for the details, and it took another 40 minutes before they sent the instructions to get in. Not great after a long journey, being stuck outside the front door. The second downside was the washing machine didn't work. It started ok, but then it displayed on error code and wouldn't finish the cycle. So we were stuck with wet, dirty washing. The management company took no action to fix it during our 2 day stay. They didn't even apologise or say they would fix it. In the end we had to take our washing to a laundry and pay to finish it. The coffee machine didn't work either - another error code. The management company the host has hired is clearly not maintaining the property - suggest prospective guests choose another until they fix everything. There was no soap or shampoo provided either, so you will have to bring your own.
