In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Dordogne river beaches, perfect for swimming and canoeing, as well as the greenway cycle path connecting Souillac to Sarlat-la-Canéda.



The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private entrance. Upstairs, the open kitchen flows into the living room and three air-conditioned bedrooms. Enjoy your own terrace overlooking the pool, complete with a full outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and plancha. The private, secure pool is ideal for relaxing in total peace.
