- A 50 m² living room with sofa and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : Double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and vanity unit

- A mezzanine with a sofa bed (for one or two children)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

There is a market in Saint-Joseph on Friday mornings. Bus stop in front of the door: direct to St Joseph town centre.
