A great family holiday, home from home
A characterful and clearly much loved family home, perfect for our holiday gathering of three generations. It has a lovely atmosphere, a tranquil terrace and lovely gardens. Stéphanie was extremely efficient and helpful, we had a great time.

Fantastic base for a superb cycling week
“This is an excellent base for a cycling holiday around Lac Annecy. The house and its location could hardly be bettered; 150 M from the beautiful park and beach area on the lake with a very handy cafe for a post ride recovery drink and cooling dip in the lake. The house has lots of lovely green space for eating out and resting, it is quiet and secluded. The house is large, and comfortably accommodated our 8 riders (might be tight for 13!). It was well equipped and everything worked. The bathrooms/showers were adequate for our size group. The large garage is great asset. There are countless rides accessible riding out from the house utilising the piste cyclable in one direction or the other. Every ride provided stunning scenery, challenging but doable climbs and breathtaking descents, and there are plenty of villages with the essentials of cafe next to boulanger. The 3-D map of the area on the wall was a great aid in ride planning. The L&M restaurant up the road was perfect for our last night dinner.
It would have been nice to have met Stephanie face to face - but she was quickly responsive to our requests. We wondered how secure the key deposit arrangement was, but it worked for us! Finally, Vrbo don't seem to have a policy of encouraging a 'house book' where people add their favourite restaurant, visiting places, swimming places and boulanger etc. Our view is that this practice provides useful info.
Fantastic holiday and the end-of-August AlpinBike cycling sportive weekend was a bonus.

maison familiale chaleureuse, bien placée
Très chouette séjour de 3 nuits dans cette belle maison typique et chaleureuse. Une cheminée, un salon convivial, du bois et des couleurs chaudes. Une maison qui a une histoire, qui respire le bonheur. Cette maison a beaucoup de détails pratiques intéressants. La suite parentale en rez-de-chaussée est bien pratique pour des personnes âgées . Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Superbe maison très bien placé
Une très belle demeure, une literie confortable et des espaces à vivre adaptés. Petit moins sur la qualité des équipements cuisine, ping pong et BBQ qui doivent être changés.
Une communication fluide et efficace.
De très bons moments passés dans cette maison et Saint-Jorioz.

Maison sympa à améliorer
Cette maison est très bien située au bord du lac d'Annecy à st jorioz, nous avons eu un très bon contact avec stéphanie la gérante, sinon plusieurs points sont à améliorer. Le frigo est en fin de vie, les aliments et boissons étaient tièdes, sa capacité pour 13personnes insuffisante, il faudrait un 2eme frigo, la table de ping-pong était Hors d'usage, les pieds du barbecue cassés, les lits n'avaient pas tous des draps et pour séparer des enfants c'est pas facile, le parasol tenu avec du scotch et le pompom c'est le ménage , vraiment mal fait au niveau poussière, toiles d'araignée, si vous êtes asthmatiques c'est un problème, et dommage de ne pas pouvoir fermer la barrière à clé
