Situé légèrement sur les hauteurs du village, découvrez un logement récent idéal pour des vacances relaxante en couple!
Les commerces se situent en bas de la route et des sentiers de randonnée/balade en forêt se trouvent à proximité.
Pour l'été, la plage de Saint-Jorioz est une des toutes meilleures plage du lac (plongeoirs, jeux pour enfants, beach volley, snack-bar...)
Pour l'hiver, vous pouvez accéder à la station de ski du Semnoz depuis Saint-Jorioz!

Le logement :

Appartement construit récemment au rez de chaussée, les propriétaires habitent à l'étage.
Les épais murs en pierre vous protégeront de la chaleur en été.
Vous bénéficierez d'une entrée ainsi que d'un jardin privé avec table et chaises ainsi que deux transats.
L'appartement est entièrement équipé, cuisine ouverte sur le salon, chambre avec rangements, toilettes séparées et salle de bain avec douche.
