La Ferme de Mila is an OVO Network property. It is a three-storey farmhouse, converted into luxury accommodation for 14 people.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

It's a great choice for a big family get-together, or even for a holiday with friends, and with a private pool and a hot tub, as well as great relaxation and outdoor spaces, you won't want to leave.

But there's plenty to discover in the area - there's great skiing in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, which are both less than 5km away, and can be reached by ski bus from the centre of St Jean de Sixt. In the summer, there are plenty of walking and biking trails in the mountains, and the medieval lakeside city of Annecy is just a 40-minute drive.

As well as six beautiful en suite bedrooms, La Ferme de Mila has impressive living areas where you can all get together over a good meal, a chat in front of the fire or for a drink on the terrace. There's also a separate TV room, where children can have their own privacy.

But the highlight of this wonderful chalet has to be the spa area on the ground floor - a well-equipped gym, a shower as well as the superb indoor counter-current pool, with doors that open on to a terrace. It's the perfect place to relax and wind down.

IMPORTANT: Pets are allowed only after the owners' agreement (2 pets maximum). Groups of more than 14 people can book La Ferme de Mila together with Le Mazot de Mila, which sleeps three adults and two children. By signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the internal regulations available at the following link: https://lafermedemila.com/preparer-votre-sejour/, which you accept and approve without reservation. The chalet La Ferme de Mila is not a venue for events, so it is strictly forbidden to use the site as a venue for an "excessive party" exceeding the maximum authorised number of guests, i.e. 14 people. Any breach of this rule will result in the deposit being deducted in full, even if there is no damage.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
