The "balise jaune" house is located in the heart of an ideal environment for holidays with family or friends. Very close to the national forest and cycle paths, you will be 2.5 km from the city center or beaches that are directly accessible on foot or by bike via dedicated and secure paths in the forest.

The accommodation is entirely on one level with a large living space (living room, dining room and kitchen), 4 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and 4 simple beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets including one isolated, one pantry and a garage including a laundry space.

Recently built, certified by an environmental label and classified 4 STARS, the house offers beautiful light thanks to its southwest exposure. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling) with individual control. Each room is equipped with roller shutters. For your comfort, bed and bathroom linen are provided and beds are made on arrival!

A fiber internet connection is offered to view your video content on smartTVs or for TELEWORKING. The large garden is fitted out with a large wooden terrace and a pergola. Garden furniture is at your disposal for a relaxing stay with your feet in the sand!
