We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack
 first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. You have to pay a 500 euro deposit and clean up and remove the dirty linens when you check out. Car park is super tight, spaces are ok size but there is little space to manoeuvre. The people on the reception and by email were delightful, there is a nice swimming pool and grounds to walk around. The area is surrounded by campsites and there are a couple of casual restaurants within a short walk. Convenient for the coast path and a nice walk into the town - 30 mins plus each way.

Run away!!! Horrible!!

Horrible experiencia. No caigan en este engaño. Reservamos por 6 noches y solo nos quedamos una. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. EstĂĄbamos con nuestra bebĂ© de 8 meses y era insoportable el calor. AdemĂĄs las habitaciones son muy distintas a las fotos, usan un exceso de Photoshop. Las camas son viejas y duras. Lo peor es que no nos quisieron devolver nada y para levantar un reclamo formal tenĂ­amos que mandar una carta fĂ­sica a una direcciĂłn en paris (en pleno año 2025 no tenĂ­an coreo electrĂłnico, ni telĂ©fono para llamar, ni whstapp). No caigan en esta estafa, no se como puede haber gente que los evalĂșa bien. El estĂĄndar es muy muy bajo. Horrible.

TrÚs belle résidence

Excellente résidence, au calme avec un trÚs bon accueil. La résidence est situé à 10 minutes en voiture et 40 minutes à pied par le sentier du littoral, du centre de saint jean de luz. Un conseil préférez les bùtiments numéro 7 à 14 et les appartements du cÎté parc Excellent séjour
