Total floor area: 42 m² including attic areas. Shared garden. In the heart of a hamlet, 19 km from Chambéry, semi-detached stone house with the owners with a private outdoor dining area in a shared garden. Private parking for 1 car. Shops and services open all year round 7 km away at Les Echelles or Entre-Deux Guiers. Marked trail from the cottage to the historic site of the Grottes de St Christophe.
