The main asset of this studio for rent on the Vendée coast is... its exterior, or rather, its sea view. From inside the 35 m2 or from the tiled balcony, the view extends over the ocean. For a weekend or a stay for 2 or 3, the accommodation located on the Sion corniche in St-Hilaire-de-Riez allows for a stopover in a cosy and comfortable place. Alongside the comfortable sofa bed, the layout leaves room for a dining area and 2 bunk beds. The kitchen, completely renovated, has all the necessary equipment. The bathroom with shower has also been recently refurbished. In addition to enlarging the apartment, the balcony (with garden furniture) offers a permanent view of the sea and the corniche. Perfect for breakfast or having a drink! A garage that can accommodate a small car is available in the residence.
