Cette belle maison typique du quartier de Croix de Vie est à moins de 200 m du marché et de la gare. L'ensemble est de qualité et idéal pour 4. La pièce principale se compose d'une cuisine aménagée et de son espace pour déjeuner ainsi que d'un salon cosy, sous verrière, qui apporte de la lumière à l'ensemble. Il s'ouvre sur un bel extérieur avec sa terrasse en bois et une petite cour, où la pergola vous protègera du soleil en plein été. Les 2 chambres sont indépendantes et ont chacune un lit double. L'une d'elle a son propre point d'eau. La plage la plus proche est à seulement 1,2 km mais vous pourrez prendre 'le passeur' en bateau (payant) pour accéder à la Grande Plage en moins de 5 minutes.
