Appartement fonctionnel parking privé dans la cour très belle vue sur la terrasse
Aimons bien marcher donc avons été plusieurs fois sur le vieux port et le vieux Saint Gilles
La plage de Bovinet très proche sympa pour un bain de soleil puisque retour rapide à l appartement juste au pied
Balade en bateau et visites des sites expliquant la pêche locale entre autre la pêche à la sardine très interresant

Bel appartement lumineux très bien équipé. Terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Localisation idéale à 50m de la plage 10 mns à pied de l'embarcadère pour île d'Yeu. 20 mns de centre ville à pied. Petits défauts sur l'annonce il est noté 4 personnes c'est un peu juste. 2 adultes parfait. Une table extérieur un peu plus grande avec 4 chaises serait parfait. De très bon restaurant. Une chose aussi c'est très calme.
