1/ OUR CHALET
has the signature of Grosset-Janin, an high class regional constructor.
We have 3 levels in the chalet, including a confortable basement.

a) The ground floor level :
Aprox 70 sq meters of living space includes a lounge / dining room, a reading and tv room, and a large fully equipped kitchen.
Wide sliding windows and a terrace offer a large view above St Gervais on the Mt Joly and create a feeling of transparency.
An extra bed can be provided in the reading and tv room.
Also at this level the main entrance with changing facilities and a toilet.

b) The first floor with 3 double bedrooms :
_ A large master bedroom (king size bed) with a fully equipped bath room with a window ( a full sized bath, 2 sinks and toilet).
Opening on a balcony facing south.
_ Another large bedroom ( king size bed) with 3 windows.
_ A double beds room ( 90x200 beds)
_ A shower room with wash basin and Italian shower
_ A floor toilet

Each room is provided with wooden assorted cupboards / wardrobes

c) The basement floor
_ A confortable lounge, suitable for relaxation, and equipped with corner tv home cinema, babyfoot, and various games such as Monopoly, chess, and cards. We can tell you that this lounge is very much appreciated by the childre...!!
This basement lounge is quite clear thanks to window opening on to an inner courtyard.
_ A laundry facility room fully equipped with washing machine / dryer, sink, boot dryers…

At the Regional level, we should know that the Mont Blanc is located on the St Gervais commune !!….

St Gervais is a lively village with a wide range of boutiques, restaurants and pubs around. The Gothic church has been renovated in 2016 with a lot of taste; namely splendid stained glass windows.
And last but not least its Casino.... !!
For sport interest, the ice ring, the swimming pool (winter / summer), the tennis club, the mountain guide office and the skying school.
Lots of various ski trails are accessed, from the village, through the Bettex / Mt d'Arbois tele -cabins and the "Tramway du Mt Blanc " TMB. World famous trails.
During the summer, many possibilities of mountain hiking (and cycling) around the Mt Blanc.

Also, within an half an hour's drive, Megeve, Combloux, Chamonix, ... all famous villages all well known for their ski trails, their hiking, their own history and their cultural enjoyment

Long stay at Chalet Little Roc

The property was a delight to have as a home during our long stay (over 3 months). The description was very accurate to what we found upon arrival and the check in process with the host/concierge was seamless and very helpful. This despite a very late arrival on our part due to flight cancellations. The host was always available for any questions or needed help throughout our stay. We found the chalet to be clean and equipped with all the necessities of a home both in the living spaces and in the kitchen. We felt immediately at home. I was able to work part time in a separate space in the house and the kids had some remote school. This while having easy access to all that the region has to offer right out our doorstep. The location is hard to beat in town and we really enjoyed being able to easily walk (5 minutes) into town for the market or to visit the bakery, butcher or little store for odds and ends throughout our stay. The kids loved having the lawn to play soccer and run around. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering and we will definitely look into staying here again during our next stay in St Gervais.

Perfect location for a modern chalet

We all had a wonderful stay at “Little Roc”. This modern and very well equipped chalet is perfectly located a few minutes walk from the centre of Saint Gervais. Everything a family needs is available and in perfect working order. Gerard and Jerome are both always happy to answer any questions and accommodate requests. We will come back this winter and are very much looking forward to it. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Fantastic chalet in a quiet prime location, located just minutes walk from St Gervais centre

What can i say, from the moment we booked the property it has been a very pleasurable and memorable experience. Gerard's correspondence from the outset has been first class right through to us sadly leaving the property. The chalet is located just a short walk from St Gervais centre, with a shortcut through the theatre you have the butcher baker and Carrefour express a couple of minutes away. for provisions in addtion to the excellent restaurants. On arrival to the chalet there was certainly a personal touch for us which was very much appreciated. Thanks Gerard. The property itself, managed to house our large family of 5 with ease with the bottom modern open plan layout is excellent. With a light and airy feel thorugh out the property and the quality of the fixture and fittings are excellent. We wanted for nothing to be honest. Everything was catered for. The house sits on a generous plot with outstanding views to the mountains. Have to say regardless of the cold weather outside the chalet is absolutely temperature efficient inside with underfloor heating throughout. To hot at times !! Cannot fault the property and we look forward to our return to the lovely St Gervais and Mt Blanc Evasion area. We leave with heavy hearts and our children voted to come back in 2021. Nous avons passé une semaine cet hiver dans le chalet et tout a été parfait: qu'il s'agisse de la communication avec le propriétaire et de Jérôme, de l'équipement neuf et qualitatif (mention spéciale pour l'électroménager - il ne manque rien), la décoration et l'aménagement du chalet, tous les ingrédients ont été au rendez-vous pour passer de bonnes vacances. Magnifique chalet

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet de grand standing à la déco moderne, sobre et de très bon goût. Il est très confortable et lumineux avec ses nombreuses ouvertures sur l'extérieur avec la vue sur le Mont Joly. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Tout est beau, agréable à l'oeil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : La proximité du centre ville à pied. Le parking privé vaste et facilement accessible La propreté impeccable de toutes les pièces. La cuisine spacieuse, belle et très bien équipée L'éponge neuve sur l'évier (rare dans les locations) et les produits ménagers à disposition. L'électroménager de qualité La vaisselle neuve et bien fournie. Le confort et l'état impeccable des literies. Matelas, couettes et oreillers blancs comme neufs avec de belles parures de lits. Les canapés très confortables et le salon TV au sous-sol pour la tranquillité de ceux qui, à l'étage, ne souhaitent pas être dérangés par le son de la télé . Le panier de bienvenue, une gentille attention. Seule mauvaise surprise pour nous qui venions chercher le calme : le bruit du chantier sur le terrain juste à côté. Désagrément atténué fenêtres fermées lors de journées très pluvieuses cette semaine. Nous retiendrons le confort exceptionnel de ce magnifique chalet où nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Un Superbe séjour dans un chalet magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour durant les fêtes de Noël dans ce très beau chalet tout équipé et d'un très grand confort. Idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du centre de Saint-Gervais et des navettes pour rejoindre les télécabines, ce chalet est spacieux, très joliment meublé et doté de matériel très haut de gamme. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Jérôme, le concierge qui est resté à notre disposition et à notre écoute en cas de besoin durant tout le séjour et avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer M. DELOCHE le propriétaire, très sympathique et très à l'écoute également. Tout est fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables ! Nous étions 7 à profiter pleinement des différentes activités proposées dans la station, ski, patinage ballades en raquettes, escapade avec le tramway du Mont-Blanc etc... nous sommes unanimes pour dire sans hésiter que si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons, tellement c'était bien ! un grand merci encore à Jérôme et à M. DELOCHE

Chalet à recommander

Chalet bien situé , à proximité du village et de toutes commodités . Tout était conforme aux indications : procédure d'arrivée , chalet séduisant par sa modernité , fonctionnel , impeccable , un vrai plaisir.
