Semaine très agréable à Saint Georges de Didone

La maison est très bien placée à 300m de la plage. Elle est très bien organisée, la cuisine bien équipée et spacieuse, la chambre parentale bénéficie d'un grand dressing très pratique. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un bon séjour en toute sécurité avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Le seul point qui m'a fait mettre un 4 étoiles au thème emplacement c'est la proximité en sortie du garage de la piste cyclable mais ceci est mineur.

Formidable !

Une des locations les plus complètes qu'il nous ait été donné de voir : refaite à neuf avec goût, très bien équipée, très agréable et très bien isolée (thermiquement et phoniquement). L'accueil très chaleureux par le service de conciergerie, la propreté de la maison, la proximité des 2 plages (350 m de Royan, 700 m de St Georges), etc... tout a été parfait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec un enfant de 9 ans et un bébé d'1 an. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés (aucune surprise à redouter, tout est conforme à l'annonce) et gardons précieusement l'adresse. Merci beaucoup Mme Lavaud !

Parfait de A à Z (et même plus !!!)

Je pars de longue date via Abritel et c’est la 1ère fois que je laisse un avis. Cette fois, je ne peux pas ne pas le faire tant le séjour fut parfait en ce qui concerne toutes les attentes que l’on peut avoir en matière de location de vacances. L’emplacement est idéal (quelques centaines de mètres de la mer d’un côté et du centre-ville de l’autre : tout se fait à pied ou en vélo), l’environnement direct de la maison est des plus calmes, le quartier est soigné, parfaitement entretenu. La maison est totalement conforme à la description, elle est même plus grande que ce qu’elle ne le semble sur les photos. Les équipements, la terrasse, la maison en elle-même, tout est à l’état neuf ou totalement impeccable. La propreté est irréprochable, les équipements sont de qualité, de la literie à l’électroménager. La maison est parfaitement équipée. La décoration est fine et de bon gout, on se sent bien dès le seuil franchi. Les clims sont également de très bonne facture, silencieuses et efficaces, ce qui n’est pas anecdotique. Enfin, que dire de l’hôte…. Mme LAVAUD, qui est juste d’une sympathie, d’une amabilité et d’une prévenance exceptionnelles. Pour finir (difficile d’être exhaustif quand tout est parfait), le service de conciergerie est sans faille en termes de professionnalisme, de qualité relationnelle, de disponibilité et de réactivité. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hébergement exceptionnel, et ce tant sur le plan de la localisation que sur les plans matériel et humain.
