Quiet house located in tourist area between Sables Vignier beach and Bonnes beach obtaining "Blue Flag" on one level on 1,700 mÂČ with trees and enclosed 2 bedrooms, one with an independent toilet area (140 x 190 bedding) with veranda , separate wc, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, shower room, dining room, lounge with 1 convertible sofa and wood stove, separate cellar. Cycle track at 30 meters to take advantage of "my Island", go to the beach of Bonnes, to the market every day in summer in Domino and what do I still know !!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Das Haus hatte einen umzĂ€unten Garten, sodass sich unserer beiden Hunde auch sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Der Strand, der zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt war, war sehr schön. Besonders erwĂ€hnen mĂŒssen wir den sehr netten aber auch sehr diskreten EigentĂŒmer. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung hatte er uns Ost und Muscheln vorbereitet. Besonders schön war die Radtour mit ihm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic house in wonderful location

This is an amazing find. The house is lovely, clean and very well-equipped. Pascal could not be a more welcoming or helpful host. The house is less than a 10-minute walk from a stunning beach. All of the beaches on the island are great and were very quiet. There is a nice boulangerie down the road, and you are only 10 minutes' drive from two large supermarkets. There are lots of things to do on the island - we ended up spending most of our time there, only going to the mainland a couple of times. We would not hesitate to come back here.

Ideal home in Oléron!

Very warm welcome from Pascal, much needed as it was our first holiday visit with our (very friendly) dog. Calm, comfortable, excellently equipped property, fire in the evening wonderful when cool - we can't think of anything missing. Genuinely dog friendly, nothing too much trouble for Pascal but he does not intrude at all - excellent host. In fact we would be very grateful if you would let us get our next booking in before you try!!!

Homely house with lots of eating space and big garden

Pascal was attentive and helpful, the house has all the things you need. Some of the interior is a bit dated but in a homely way like staying with your grandma. Loads of space, choice of three dining tables so you can always eat in the shade and long garden with off road parking behind gates, so nice and quiet. Short bike ride to beach.

2 Wochen mit Landseer Hundedame

Es war alles sehr schön! Der riesige eingezĂ€unte Garten ist besonders erholsam. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt , durch den Baumbestand auch immer ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen. Bis zum Strand kann man locker laufen oder auch mit dem Auto fahren es gibt ParkplĂ€tze am Strand Eingang. Der Strand fĂŒr Hunde ist ein Ort weiter in LÂŽIleau 5 Autominuten. Vergesst den Sonnenschirm nicht mitzunehmen! Am Strand notwendig!

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pascals Ferienhaus von Anfang bis Ende genossen und können uns allen bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Auch wir wurden bei unserer Anreise mit einem liebevoll gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank empfangen, einfach unglaublich! Da wir Landbewohner noch nie selbst eine Auster geöffnet hatten und auch sonst ziemlich ungeĂŒbt im Umgang mit Schalentieren sind, gab uns Pascal die perfekte EinfĂŒhrung, so dass wir uns im weiteren Urlaubsverlauf wie alte Hasen fĂŒhlen konnten. So war Pascal die gesamte Zeit absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich und humorvoll, und dabei sehr diskret. Das Anwesen ist wunderbar großzĂŒgig, ein toller Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sonnen- oder SchattenplĂ€tzen und viel zu schnĂŒffeln und super Auslauf fĂŒr unseren Hund. Ein Paradies fĂŒr Mensch und Hund! Die RĂ€ume im Haus waren gemĂŒtlich, hochwertig und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, die KĂŒche top. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Andersrum: Jetzt vermissen wir ALLES!Die Insel ist wunderschön, in der Vorsaison gar nicht ĂŒberlaufen, leere, weitlĂ€ufige StrĂ€nde, nette Ortschaften, und alles easy mit dem Fahrrad zu erfahren. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Abend zum Abschluss mit Pascal und Marie-Christin, wir konnten gut Englisch miteinander sprechen, und zum Abschied hat unser Hund sogar das Kuscheltier geschenkt bekommen, dass er zuvor einmal aus Pascals Haus gestohlen hat. Aber nicht nur deshalb rufen wir alle drei nochmal: MERCI, MERCI, MERCI!!!Eddy, Heike & Murphy

Un séjour parfait

Un hÎte discret mais présent si besoin, qui prend le temps. Il met à disposition tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Un accueil chaleureux peu commun: table dressée, mets mis à disposition. automne à oléron chez Pascal

Malgré un temps maussade nous avons bien "rechargé les batteries" chez Pascal à Oléron. L'air marin nous change de l'auvergne, bonne idée de partir à cette saison à l'océan ! L'accueil est trÚs chaleureux, l'hÎte est à la fois discret et présent si on a besoin. Dans le logement nous avons eu tout le confort et notre chien a aussi apprécié le grand terrain. Fantastisch

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fijne, ruime en perfect schone huis. De tuin was groot en heerlijk voor onze hond Senni en voor ons met overal zitjes. Bij aankomst stond er een culinaire verassing in de koelkast. Pascal is werkelijk een super gastheer, we kregen volop informatie over de lokale winkels, markt en restaurants en uiteraard het strand dat slechts 10 minuten lopen was. Pascal is zeer attent en discreet maar altijd bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen . Hele lieve groet Marjolein, Cees en Senni.

Magnifique séjour

Exceptionnel accueil de Pascal qui est aux petits soins tout en Ă©tant trĂšs discret. Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour sans toucher la voiture. Plages et marchĂ© accessibles Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo ( location sur place possible). La maison, ses terrasses sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables : nous avons profitĂ© du calme pour nous dĂ©tendre et teletravailler sans nous gĂȘner ! Notre chat a aussi beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© le jardin!
