The cottage is located on the first floor of a tasting cellar, in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the vineyards, near the active wine-growing estate. On the first floor: - Dining room with kitchenette - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x190 - Shower room, toilet. The cottage has a semi-enclosed shaded outdoor area with barbecue area and garden furniture. An enclosed storage room for equipment (such as bicycles, etc.). Parking on the property. A cycle path connecting Argelès sur Mer and Le Boulou passes 2 km from the estate and allows you to connect the beaches by bike.
