Our house is located in a small, quiet village, where you will find all the amenities, from the bakery, to the petrol pump via the SNCF train station.

This beautiful house is located in the center of a wooded park of 5000 m², fenced and secure. The trees bring you shade and freshness as well as privacy in this large space.
In front of the main terrace, the large, secure swimming pool (barrier and alarm) awaits you with its terrace, its gently sloping beach, a bar area and its Pool House.
This large, independent room is in fact a fully equipped kitchen. The gas barbecue is at your disposal, as well as the pool games: buoys, fries ...

In the house, the fully equipped kitchen, the large living room and a bedroom overlook the main terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all of them have a bathroom.
Upstairs two bedrooms, their private terrace and bathroom as well as a holiday library corner *, await you for quiet moments. Access to the staircase can be hindered by a self-locking barrier.
A cot, a playpen, and a wooden high chair are available if needed.

You will be there, 20 minutes from Nîmes, Alès and Uzès, at the center of a multitude of activities: walking, mountain biking, Gard wine route, visiting historic monuments, speleology, canoeing , horse riding, all within a radius of 30 km from the house.

Perfect home for our family's reunion

Anne Marie and Herve's home was ideal for our stay of almost 3 weeks with our adult children and grandchildren. A big home with comfortable accommodations for everyone and lots of room to relax. It felt like home to us. The outside area is ideal with places to dine in the outdoors. But the main focus for our vacation was the large, beautiful pool. France was hot while we were there and we spent a lot of time in and around that pool. It was ideal for our youngest grandchild as the pool has a "beach" entry making it very safe for young children. I highly recommend this lovely place in a quite rural setting and hope to return some day. Thank you Anne Marie and Herve.

Great pool, house, could be cleaner, area okay

The house is as listed and the pool is great. The village is not too interesting. The owners are very nervous about potential scratches and give very lengthy and extensive instructions about what not to touch and which plates not to use. We did not get pool towels and we did not have enough sheets. They directed us to a store to buy what was missing. Check out was painful with complaints about not cleaning the house although we paid for cleaning, collected all sheets, bagged all trash and lightly cleaned the kitchen. Very unusual experience.
