Great layout and gorgeous grounds

This was perfect for our party of 7. We ate many meals in and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the amenities we needed. The best part is the indoor / outdoor setup. Loved the pool and being able to see the iguanas.

Fabulous family getaway!

We loved this property. It is well equipped with just about everything you might need, and is super comfortable. But the best is the property itself. It is private with a lovely yard. The pool is a delight (and perfect for kids). We loved the inside/outside rooms. The little bungalow on the property is also great. The house, yard and pool were all very clean, and Virginie was very nice to work with. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Très bonne organisation de la part de Carole, avant notre arrivée, pour notre accueil et à la fin de notre séjour. Très agréable, à l'écoute et de bons conseils.... La villa à enchanté petits et grands... Spacieuse, décorée avec goût et avec un extérieur cocooning très bien entretenu, avec ces petites lumières et surtout la compagnie de nos amis les oiseaux et la famille iguanes... belle demeure ainsi que sont jardin mais elle aurai besoin d'un grand rafraichissement les salons extérieur et interieur auraient besoin d'être changé ont beaucoup servi et sont abimés éclairage extérieur très insuffisant au niveau du salon chambre du bas coté jardin un peut bruyante du fait que le moteur de ca climatisation attenante a elle ci cuisine et équipements obsolete lustre ext cassé portail électrique qui ne l'ai plus beaucoup de petite choses qui font que le tarif n'est pas en accord avec le bien le jardin ne fait pas tout

La villa du bonheur !

Nous avons passé 9 jours en famille dans cette très jolie villa. L'agencement est parfait pour deux couples et deux familles de quatre. Chacun a son intimité. La villa est spacieuse, confortable, et bien située pour visiter la Grande Terre. Les iguanes et les sucriers ont animé nos petits déjeuners. Nous remercions particulièrement Carole qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et nous a même prêté son sapin de Noël et ses déco pour faire plaisir à nos petits. Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, nous choisirons de nouveau cette maison.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, le magnifique jardin et la piscine ,

Nous étions 5 couples et 2 jeunes adultes et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit, la distribution des chambres et salles de bains est très bien pensée, juste un petit bémol pour le bungalow qui mériterait peut être des fenêtres en plus des volets roulants existants. Le rez de chaussé de la villa ouvrant sur la terrasse et le jardin est un pur bonheur, Nous remercions Carole pour son accueil chaleureux, à refaire sans hésitation.

Cette location était à hauteur de nos attentes . malgré quelques "petites imperfections de la maison dues à la vétuseté (petites pannes électriques)Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Cette maison est très bien équipée pour 12 personnes et nous étions très à l'aise. Les iguanes ont ravi l'ensemble de la famille. Nous sommes prêts a recommencer. une villa magnifique, bien située et bien pensée. le jardin est superbe et très bien arboré. on s'y sent bien tout de suite !!! cuisine salon séjour au top!! Virginie est une perle !!! villa un peu vieillissante malgré tout avec quelques "rafraîchissements" a prévoir notamment dans le bungalow et la salle de bain du bas. tout le monde a été unanime: c'était super!!! merci

Superbe villa dans un joli écrin verdoyant

Nous avons posé nos valises dans la superbe villa de Steeve pour 15 jours en juillet. Bien ventilée, lumineuse, très agréable avec son jardin magnifique, une jolie piscine. La villa est très bien agencée, parfaite pour l'accueil de 12 personnes. Juste une suggestion du côté du bungalow, une installation de fenêtres vitrées dans les chambres pour les rendre plus claires dans la journée. Et aussi une citerne en prévision des futures coupures d'eau qui deviennent récurrentes sur la Grande Terre. Un remerciement chaleureux à Virginie pour sa grande disponibilité et réactivité à nos questionnements, et à Delphine pour son sourire accueillant. Anne-Marie

Un très agréable séjour

C'est la maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille. Chacun à son espace et le bungalow a été apprécié par les ados ainsi que la piscine. Le jardin est superbe à tous moments de la journée et le passage des Iguanes est une vraie curiosité. Le quartier est très calme, le roulis des vagues est très agréable. On vous recommande cette villa sans aucune hésitation, d'ailleurs on n'exclut pas un prochain séjour. Merci à Virginie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Karine et Philippe

La résidence de Steeve et Iguouanou est parfaite nous avons adoré

Cette résidence a été parfaite pour réaliser une fête de Noel en famille La prestation est parfaite et le décor est féerique , nous avons réellement apprécié et nous commandons fortement cette location en famille ou entre amis . De plus la localisation à St François est excellente pour visiter et facile au niveau des commerces et restaurants . Personnellement si l'occasion se représente nous reviendrons chez Steeve.
