With a beautiful private beach of fine sand, and a magnificent infinity pool in a lagoon of 1300 m2 offers: studio 34 m2 - feet in the water. Unique location 10m from the beach, completely renovated, located in a villa composed of 4 studios, on the 1st right floor, with:
 - Air-conditioned room (1 double bed of 190)

Sun's Home is in a gated residential resort facing on to the sea, with its own attractive beach, overlooked by a popular restaurant. The resort is well maintained. The apartment has a simple, but effective layout. All the rooms are well designed and equipped. The kitchen has the added attraction that it opens to the outside world when the full-length shutters on two sides are up. The outlook from the kitchen is excellent, with views to the sea and the beach, which are within a very short walking distance. The host, Georges, is completely charming and pleased to help you have an enjoyable stay. He met us at the gate to the resort and gave us a great welcome. The resort is 3-4km from the centre of St Francois, so not easily accessible on foot. The roads around the resort are narrow and have no pavement for pedestrians. We thoroughly recommend the apartment and would be very happy to stay there again.

Amazing property location, view and host!

This was the first stop on our Guadeloupe tour and it was perfect! Our flight was delayed and car rental was a long process, but Georges waited and met us at the gate and made us welcome immediately. He is a great host! Very helpful, gracious and funny. He even had us follow him to show us where to have dinner the first night. The property was even better than pictures and very inviting. The view is beautiful from the kitchen/sitting area. Beach, pool and amenities were very nice. Clean inside and on site. Great location to all sites on Grand Terre. We highly recommend Georges and his rental.

what a wonderful place

Thank you Georges for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is exactly as shown. Everything is spotless clean. Very comfy bed, very well equipped kitchen with everything you may need for preparing your meals. Comfy seats at the terrace. We loved the outside kitchen. Georges provides us with some fruits and drinks and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Beach is only a few steps away, the big pool a five minute walk. Resort is nice, quiet, nice view.

Great Vacation in Guadeloupe

This unit is very nicely equipped and is just steps to the beach. Our landlord George was a big help and our thanks were truly not enough for all of his capable assistance. The unit is on the second floor and there is a view of the ocean and always a lovely sea breeze. The beach front is perfect for sunbathing and swimming too as it is in a bay with a coral reef. The reef keeps the waves outside of the swimming area, creating a calm area for recreation. There is also a small restaurant on the beach which was very good and sells take out meals. We would recommend this property.

Un grand merci à George pour son accueil, pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée tardive (snack du soir, fruits, bt d'eau) et à son suivi régulier tout au long de notre séjour. Studio très sympa, renové, calme et bien situé à 20 m de la plage (belle petite anse de sable blond et d'eau turquoise). Grand lit très confortable avec toutes les commodités dont on a besoin. Nous le recommandons à tous et nous reviendrons !

Great place and amazing host

A very well furnished apartment amongst palm trees, 20 meters away from the beach in a gated private complex. Amazing 1000 square meter swimming pool. Georges is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving at 11pm which he gracefully accommodated. He had thoughtfully bought some food for us and was very helpful with everything. He also had no problem with our late check out. Amazing communication from booking till we left. I highly recommend this property.

A delightful studio with lovely view

We have had four lovely days in George's charming studio overlooking Anse des Rochers beach. We loved the open air kitchen and felt we were in the tree tops with three lovely palm trees swaying in front of our terrace. George was an attentive host and left a fruit bowl and flowers for our arrival. We highly recommend this spot for a romantic getaway. Tony and Virginia

Perfect Stay!

Georges' apartment was the perfect stay located within the Anse-des-rochers complex. This complex is located between Sainte-Anne and Saint Francois with a short drive to either town and their beaches if you want. The apartment itself was clean, updated and had all of the needed amenities to feel right at home including laundry in the unit, which was a huge bonus. Georges' apartment is only a 1 minute walk to a nearby private beach and a few minutes from a massive infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Georges was very flexible when we checked-in and checked-out and was easy to get a hold of if needed. I cannot recommend this place enough and wish we had stayed here longer. Thanks for the great stay Georges!

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans l'appartement de Georges. Le logement est idéalement situé dans la résidence avec vue sur la plage à partir de la terrasse. Le très grand lit a été très apprécié ainsi que la literie de qualité L'appartement est très bien équipé et était d'une propreté irréprochable. Georges le propriétaire est un homme qui se démarque par son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l'appartement de Georges. Le logement est idéalement situé dans la résidence à 50 m de la jolie plage privée. La literie est bonne et l'équipement de l'appartement est juste parfait, il ne manque rien. Quant au propriétaire il se démarque par sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux, ses nombreuses attentions et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Un hébergement qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Très propre et bien équipé, excellent emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage et proche de St François. Un accueil attentionné et très chaleureux de la part de Georges le propriétaire qui nous a bien guidé pour découvrir de l'ile et ses spécialités. Merci à Georges pour son accueil. L’emplacement est très beau et avec une mini vue sur la plage. Les lieux sont propres. Comme il n’y a pas de citerne, les coupures d’eau fréquentes ont causé des inconvénients. Aussi, le stationnement n’est pas assez grand pour tous les véhicules. Si non, tout était parfait! La Guadeloupe est magnifique!

Super accueil de Georges, toujours disponible et à l'écoute pendant notre séjour. La location très bien située, à une minute à pieds de la plage (on la voit depuis la cuisine), grande piscine à 5 minutes. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour en couple ou avec un bébé. La climatisation silencieuse est un vrai plus.
