Super sejour en guadeloupe dans un appartement idéalement situé!

Nous sommes partis du 22 fevrier au 8 mars 2017 avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants. Pour cela nous avons rĂ©servĂ© l'appartement de Mr TACITA. La rĂ©servation et le suivi du dossier ce sont tres bien passĂ© (tres reactif Ă  nos mail ou appel telephonique!) Cet appartement est d'un excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix!! Vraiment bien situĂ© dans St François, juste Ă  cotĂ© des marina, boulanger, marchĂ© local, superette, plage etc. L'appartement est trĂ©s bien equipĂ© et suffisant de taille pour 4 personnes (terrasse plein sud super agrĂ©able). L'appartement est certe cote rue (tres calme et peu passagĂ©) , mais du coup moins bruyant que de l'autre cotĂ© avec la piscine de la rĂ©sidence dont vous profitez (Super belle) et le bruits des bars sur la marina! Merci Ă©galement Ă  Mme TRIPOLI et claire qui etaient sur place pour notre accueil et nos besoins! (Merci pour la corbeille avec les dĂ©licieux produits locaux et le rhum Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) En rĂ©sumĂ© nous vous recommandons cet appartement en espĂ©rant que vous passiez un aussi bon moment que nous dans cette trĂšs belle ile! PS: prĂ©voyez tous de mĂȘme de louer une voiture pour visiter le reste de l'ile! RĂ©gis et sa petite famille

Appartement trÚs bien situé trÚs propre et pratique

L'appartement est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de toutes les commoditĂ©s et des plages, dans un Ă©tat de propretĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec une petite surprise Ă  l'arrivĂ©e...dans un cadre global (3 piscines, magasins, restaurants, ...) prisĂ© par les enfants & adultes. Il bĂ©nĂ©ficie de tĂ©lĂ©, lave-linge, et devrait ĂȘtre prochainement se voir doter d'Ă©lĂ©ments supplĂ©mentaires de confort selon toute vraisemblance.

Vivement juillet !

J'ai apprécié la proximité de tous les types de commerces, supermarchés, restaurants, ainsi que le bon entretien du jardin interne à la résidence. Evidemment les plages ! la mer et le soleil. le propriétaire a été aidant au niveau des questions posées en amont et pendant le séjour. On y retourne pour 4 semaines

TrÚs bon séjour, studio conforme a la description, trÚs propre, au coeur de la Marina de St François, situation idéale pour un séjour proche de TOUT (...supermarchés, restaurants, Marina, plages...). Propriétaire trÚs sympa et arrangeant! Je recommande!
