The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-François, this charming apartment with sight sea, the beach is with the foot of the apartment, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two loggia, one of which is about 32 m² to enjoy the view. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A loggia of about 32 m², accessible from the living room giving onto a second living and dining area. You can enjoy the sea air and the view on the sea and the beach.
- A second loggia, accessible from the two bedrooms, offers a view of the Marina and the setting sun.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment, within a residence in the marina area. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Founded in 1963 during a Franciscan mission, Saint-François has become one of the most developed tourist centers in Guadeloupe.

Vacances familiales à Saint-François

L'appartement est tout simplement ravissant. La vue sur le lagon et la petite plage est tout simplement magnifique. Que dire aussi de la vue sur la marina de St-François! Les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle. Nous y retournerons assurément avec nos 2 enfants si nous revenons en Guadeloupe. Merci
