Gite bien placé au calme et propre, travaux urgent

Gite qui pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs recherchĂ© de part son calme et sa situation, sa disposition et sa surface. Mais seulement lorsque son propriĂ©taire aura fait les travaux d'amĂ©lioration de son habitat. Équipements vieillots (cuisine, salle bains), pas d'aspirateur, de machine Ă  laver le linge etc.. Trop peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de table et de chaises pour les terrasses. Et surtout pas de Wifi qui Ă©tait pourtant prĂ©vu au contrat TrĂšs déçu par la prestation actuelle, mais je reste sur ma position du dĂ©but: qu'il ne faudrait pas grands travaux pour rendre ce gite trĂšs agrĂ©able !!!
