Ideally located, overlooking the Gulf of St Florent, beautiful stone house, slate roof, surrounded by greenery. Shaded patio. Large terraces on the living room and 3 bedrooms downstairs. Calm. Land of 2000m2 with trees (oaks, eucalyptus, cedar, maquis, oleander ..) but not fenced. Parking for 3 cars. Access road (15 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car) private and direct to the most beautiful sandy beach of St Florent. Very nice and safe for children.

Séjour de rêve

Cette location a tout pour plaire. Déjà, la personne chargée de l’accueil a été d’une extrême gentillesse en facilitant notre installation. Ensuite, la maison est superbe, offrant une superbe vue sur saint florent. Il n’y a pratiquement aucune circulation autour et nous avons passé une semaine apaisante dans le calme. La maison est parfaitement équipée et ne se contente pas de mettre à votre disposition 6 couteaux et 6 fourchettes, comme dans certaines locations… N’hésitez pas, cette location vaut vraiment le Coup d’œil et le déplacement.

Excellent séjour à Saint-Florent avec une vue à couper le souffle !

Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison traditionnelle. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement exceptionnel. Accueil parfait et communication est fluide avec le propriétaire et la concierge. Bons équipements. Nous avons profité de la cheminée pour les soirées fraiches ! Mériterait néanmoins un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bains.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison qui nous a fait pensé à notre maison de famille. La maison est propre, bien meublée et rien que la vue vaut le déplacement. L’accueil et le départ ont été parfaits. Superbe destination pour passer un bon moment en famille.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Steinhaus! Küchenutensilien reichlich. Eindrucksvoller Meerblick und Blick auf St Florent! Negativ: Übergabe mangelhaft- ( 1 Minute) und viele Beleuchtungskörper nicht funktionstüchtig.

vue incroyable sur le golfe

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour a la Salamendre. Les photos sont très représentatives de la maison . Elle est équipée de façon simple mais confortable . On y trouve tout le.nécessaire pour un séjour facile . Depuis la plage a 15 mn a pied de magnifiques ballades en kayak vers des plages très agréables. La terrasse reste le point fort de cette maison . On y vit avec la vue sur Saint Florent et le golfe a toute heure de la journée .
