Basic Hotel located in a basic area.

The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic.

The staff at the hotel were lovely, very helpful and friendly, it is very easy to find at the service station and there is a cafeteria there where you can eat, the swimming pool is also a nice plus, however, the rooms were very basic and looking a little worse for wear.

secure closed garage was not available.

It was a very friendly relaxed establishment. One of the reason to choose the hotel was that there is a secure closed garage parking which was included with the price we paid. However we were told to park just off the hotel building as there is a security camera. Our car was Ok but this arrangement is not the same as having the secure locked up garage...

Terrible. Avoid at all cost.

This place is in the middle off a fuel station and very hard to find. If you coming from north you have to pay extra 12 Euros to re-join the motorway. I don't know where to start but this place is simple the worst I have ever stayed. No restaurant but they refer to the fuel-station, Terrible beds, microscopic small uncomfortable beds, A bathroom so tiny that even kids do not have enough space, For the price they are asking and the way this hotels is advertised it is simply a rip-off.

Very happy

Used as an overnight stop from Calais to Alicante. I’ve stayed here several times in the past. Fantastic location for onward travel, I love being able to drive into my private garage with a door straight into the room. No worries about valuables etc

Great Base

Used as a base to visit family. Well run, clean and friendly staff. Only downside was no brolly by Poole and service station cafe food which was pricey.Great access to the A roads to avoid the toll road and nice easy drive to all areas.

Ideal for a stop over.

We were driving from England to Spain. The Hotel is situated alongside of the Motorway Services. They were able to supply for a small extra charge a garage to store the car. There was plenty of parking but we had loaded the car up so didn’t want to leave it on view. We only booked 2 minutes before arriving in reception, the lady was very helpful, the room was basic, but clean and comfortable and ideal for us to just shower change and sleep, which was all we needed.

Okay for a short stop over.

This hotel is a quick stop over. The hotel is older and in need of an update, although it was very clean. Toiletries were limited to shampoo and soap only. The only restaurant open was cafeteria style and the food was not good that evening and there was no town nearby.

Clean and pleasant hotel

Spacious room, nice outlook over the pool. Could benefit from a kettle in the room. Outdoor pool was lovely but probably worth checking if it's open in low season.

Overnight accommodation, not a long term stay

As this is a hotel at a fuel stop off the Autoroute, do not plan on staying a more than one night. There is a toll to access the hotel as the access is from the autoroute. It is possible to rent a garage overnight which would be useful in colder, snowy weather, check wiht the hotel and book ahead if you think you will need one.

Notre séjour a été plutôt très agréable, petit bémol, la caution nous ai demandé une valeur 150 € qui nous a été demandé à notre arrivée et qui nous a été rendu une semaine après je trouve pas ça normal, mais dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour

Als je op doorreis bent is het goed re doen. De cafetaria om de hoek heeft een ruime diversiteit aan eten en drinken. Verder is er in de omgeving zeer weinig te doen.
