Un gourbi en plein centre de la station

L'appartement est vraiment désagréable à vivre. Tout est cassé, il manque des ustensiles pour la cuisine, l'électricité marche à moitié, etc... il y a plein à dire mais l'emplacement est inestimable. En plein centre de tout et avec un parking!!! Ça vaudrait le coup de rénover, ce studio pourrait être une pépite!!!
