the castle and the area around it is beautiful. the location is not ideal for a transit. a long narrow road to get there. The room is spacious, but it needs to be freshened up. black moldy joints in the bathroom and shower cabin. very good restaurant, delicious food and drinks. the staff are super friendly.

Le personnel en nombre réduit a été charmant et a fait du mieux possible premier jour chambre non faite et deuxième jour lit non fait Piscine épouvantable : algues vertes, ligne d eau et skimmers noirs de crasse, pas de douche donc les gens entrent dans l’eau couverts d huile, pierres des bords disjointes et pas nettoyées, verres et cendriers qui traînent, plantes dans les bacs sèches sans arrosage Barrières blanches rouillées Même carte au restaurant midi et soir Petits déjeuners à 20 euros avec un pain décongelé, pas de plats chauds, nous avons demandé des œufs coque, viennoiseries pains chocolat et croissants décongèles et pas cuits Pas de service restaurant le dimanche soir, le serveur sympa nous a fait une salade et pas de petits déjeuners le lundi matin’ plateau en chambre le dimanche soir… Dommage car bel endroit, grande chambre (noire) neuve et bien équipée

Très bon séjour au Château pour un court weekend en couple. La chambre conforme à la description, très propre, spacieuse, calme. Je trouvais qu'il manquait peut-être du personnel parce que le service du dîner a été très lent, et la piscine et la terrasse n'étaient pas (bien) nettoyé le lendemain. Le prix est un peu élevé pour la qualité de service, mais sinon l'endroit est très joli et les chambres sont bien confortables.

Sehr schön gelegen, mitten im Wald. Grosser Pool und P vorhanden. Wir hatten die Suite im ersten Stock, eher renivationsbedürftig. Trotz Preis kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass dies meist und bei Suiten selbstverständlich sei, meinte die Receptionistin, das Wasser vom Hahnen sei sehr gut… …was leider nicht der Fall war. Bei schönem Wetter wird draussen serviert, ruhige Umgebung, Essen gut, wenn Auswahl doch etwas speziell.

Cela a été une grande déception, et nous ne pouvons pas laisser un avis positif sur cet établissement. Nous y avions réservé la suite familiale (deux adultes et deux enfants) sous les toits (dans cette grande maison, mais qui n’est pas vraiment un château) : -La « super baignoire « était en panne pour cause de fuite, mais apparemment c’était le cas pour toutes les « suites » de cet établissement. Il semble également que cette panne soit permanente. - le lavabo, comme la douche sont bouchés -La literie est de très mauvaise qualité et nécessite d’être changée -pour le mobilier, on a l’impression que c’est de la récupération -le ménage devrait vraiment fait à fond… - le personnel est débutant vite débordé par les problèmes liés à la gestion de cet établissement - le coffre fort est quasiment en plastique et se transporte facilement Je m’arrête là car la liste n’est pas exhaustive, et en conclusion, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Bon séjour au calme

Très bon séjour upgrade dans une suite type vintage , gros problème avec le lit les lattes se détachent de leur support, lit déjà réparé mais problème toujours présent. Excellent petit déjeuner et le restaurant est bon également. Le lieux est calme et propice aux balades. Personnel agréable et compétent bravo.

Nous attendions ce séjour avec impatience. L’objectif était de se reposer, en famille, au calme, dans un environnement apaisant … Contrairement aux différentes photos vues avant le séjour, nous avons été surpris de trouver un lieu où tout est « à peu près » et semble même parfois laissé à l’abandon : - les tables dehors ne sont pas nettoyées, les cendriers pas vidés - à la piscine, les canettes vides de la veille sont toujours là le lendemain, idem pour le pansement traînant par terre - le bar d’extérieur est fermé et visiblement depuis longtemps à en croire la poussière, les toiles d’araignées apparentes - un pied du lit cassé et des lattes inadaptées. A priori, on ne doit pas s’inquiéter, des nouveaux sommiers ont été commandés Chez maison du monde … tant mieux pour les prochains et merci pour le verre de vin offert et censé rattraper cela (un hôtel avec un lit cassé - à priori cela ne vaut rien de plus ?!? - mon mari a été contraint de dormir dans le lit de ma fille pour que les lattes arrêtent de se déboîter) - la douche avec des moisissures - un éclat dans la vitre et des volets qui ne ferment pas Est-ce utile de parler du petit déjeuner ? Je crois que d’autres l’ont fait avant moi, je vais m’abstenir. Je dois tout de même reconnaître que le restaurant est bon et que le personnel est vraiment sympathique. La liste pourrait être encore longue… Bref, très déçus et frustrés, nous ne reviendrons pas, c’est certain!

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur de l'ambition et du tarif du lieu. Que ce soit à la réception de l'hôtel ou au service du restaurant c'est vraiment dommage car ça dégrade vraiment l'expérience dans un hôtel globalement bien décoré extrêmement bien situé et d'une cuisine qui est plutôt de qualité. Malheureusement le service est fait par des débutants qui ne sont pas du tout ni de la restauration ni de l'hôtellerie et ça se ressent de l'enregistrement jusqu'au départ, à chaque étape. Nous concernant, problème supplémentaire car il y avait un séminaire d'entreprise sur notre soirée et nuit. Celui-ci était organisé à 50 m des chambres et nous avons eu droit à de la musique jusqu'à 23h30 environ. Cest dommage pour un établissement qui met en avant le calme et la quietude. Ce pour quoi nous étions venus. Cela ne nous avait pas été précisé lors de la réservation ou lors de notre prise de contact pour organiser notre arrivée. Encore une fois ceci n'est pas à la hauteur de l'ambition et des tarifs du lieu.

Restaurant was gesloten, kregen een zeer overgeprijsde dag hap wat geen naam mocht hebben. Bubbelbad waar de kinderen op gehoopt hadden was buiten gebruik.
