Arrivée tardive, pas d’hôtesse, mais une machine qui me demande de payer 26€ supplémentaires pour accéder à la chambre alors que tout avait été payé. Chambre normale mais franchement style Motel. Salle de bain pas pratique avec aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires. WC mal fixé, sanitaire dégradé. Déjeuner correct. Au matin l’hôtesse me dit que la machine de check-in ne fonctionne pas correctement et qu’ils vont me rembourser les 26€ mais pas sur le champ car elle ne sait/peut pas le faire. Sans nouvelles j’envoi un message et on m’explique que non finalement on ne me remboursera pas car ce sont les frais de déjeuner et taxes alors que c’était sensé êtree dans le coût de la chambre. Au final près de 200€ pour un hôtel type Formule 1 dégradé et excentré franchement une mauvaise expérience ! Je déconseille.

Nous allons vous faire part de notre « expérience » vécue dans votre établissement. C’est un moment très fort que nous conseillons à toute personne qui envisagerait un séjour en Ehpad! Notre chambre était en fait pour personne à mobilité réduite ( sans demande de notre part en ce sens) Un lit, certes très spacieux, avec un sur-matelas: chaque mouvement de votre conjoint se répercute et vous réveille systématiquement. Une salle de bain de milieu hospitalier: sans chauffage! ( on nous a laissé entendre que comme il y avait une clim réversible dans la chambre, il suffisait de laisser la porte ouverte! )Pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de petite bouteille d'eau( hôtel 3 ***?) Néanmoins, une jeune personne - polyvalente..-accueillante et souriante. Petit-déjeuner classique et copieux.

Una experiencia inmejorable.

El hotel muyblimpio y comodo. Servicio de atencion al cliente perfecto, antes de la llegada y posterior ya que me deje unas cosas en la habitación hi han hecjonlo possible para que pieda manadar a alguien a recoger y que me.lo traigan a casa, una agencia dr transporte. Personas muy atentas.
