Villa of new architect, the waxed concrete floor and the solid wood parquet floor give a friendly and natural spirit to this quality house decorated with unique and custom-made objects.
A sauna and a SPA in a dedicated room are available to our guests.
The house includes a kitchen, dining-room, two living rooms, two WCs, four bedrooms (three with a 160 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds, a 140 cm convertible sofa), two bathrooms. A plot of 200 m2, a plancha await you for your meals.
150 m from the sea and 800 m from the nearest beach, you will have the joy of seeing the sea and the Chassiron lighthouse from your living room.
You just have to put your bags and enjoy the serenity of the place. Saint Denis d'Oléron is a pretty, calm and family town, take the time to go for beautiful bike or walking tours on the wildest coast of the island.

Superbe habitation, fonctionnelle. Espace détente bien appréciable après de belle journée découverte de l'île à vélos. Jardin entièrement clos pour de jolies siestes au soleil. Bien situé entre mer et océan. Proche des pistes cyclables.

Belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans cette jolie maison. La répartition des 2 espaces nuits, un en rez de chaussée et un à l’étage est parfait (nos ados ont apprécié d avoir un espace pour eux). L'espace de vie et la cuisine sont bien dimensionnés et très bien équipés. Enfin l'espace "bien être" est un vrai plus.

Wir waren die ersten Mieter. Das Haus war nagelneu! Außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten war das Haus spitze. Abends nach dem Aufenthalt am Strand sind wir ins Whirlpool gegangen. Wir hatten alles was nötig war zum kochen! Microwelle , Kocher, 2×Kaffeemaschinen, Crêpemacher usw. Geschirr und Kochutensiluen en mass. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetet. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam, die Betreuung durch Fewo direkt einwandfrei!
