Appartement situé dans une rue calme, loin des commerces, qui aurait besoin de quelques rénovations (salle de bain, terrasse), d'ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, d'une meilleure vigilance concernant le ménage, pas très bien isolé du bruit des voisins. Sinon agréable à vivre, lumineux et proche d'un quartier résidentiel et du centre culturel de l'Escale.
