This detached holiday villa, which features a well-maintained garden and private swimming pool, is located only 700m from endless miles of golden sandy beaches, in one of the nicest resorts along this stretch of the Mediterranean coastline. If some guests are looking for more than a beach and pool holiday, the property also provides an excellent touring base, with some stunning excursions at only a short drive from the villa. Nature lovers, cyclists and hikers will marvel in the beauty of the Albères mountain range and the Côte Vermeille. Golfers can walk to the lovely international golf course to enjoy 9, 18 or even 19 holes. Artists will love to visit Céret, a Catalan village and once home to Picasso, and also the stunning resort of Collioure, where Picasso and Matisse used to take holidays to paint. The Spanish border is close by which offers a possibility of a day trip to Barcelona.

Keine Empfehlung für das Ferienhaus!

Leider waren wir enttäuscht von dem Zustand des Hauses, was schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.Die Elektrik ist veraltet , die Möbel sind alt und abgestoßen, in den Schlafzimmern werden große alte Möbel abgestellt.Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen nicht der Realität .Die Schlösser der Aussentüren können teilweise nicht abgesperrt werden, da defekt.Das WC ist winzig ohne Belüftung. Auch regnete es vom Dach in das Eßzimmer rein.

Leider keine Empfehlung für das Ferienhaus

Die Bilder vom Haus entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität! Das Haus ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel sind abgenutzt überall sind Stoßkanten zu sehen, die Elektrik müsste dringend überholt werden, auch konnte man einige Glastüren nicht verschließen, da defekt. Das Haus hatte den Charme der 70ziger. Leider regnete es auch durchs Dach. Das WC ist zu klein und hat keine Belüftung,es entspricht nicht mehr der Mindesvoraussetzung.
