Secure assigned parking, closed access with beeper. On the 1st floor without elevator overlooking the marina.
Private pool open from June to September in front of building and beach within 10 minutes walk.
Composition of the 27 sq. meter Studio :
- A fully equipped kitchenette, 2 hotplates with extractor hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine.
-The living room has a table, 4 chairs, a top of the line sofa bed sleeping 2 people with comfortable mattress 20 cm of thickness, low sideboard, flat screen TV.
-The cabin room is composed of a bunk bed offering two beds with dresser.
-The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
-The loggia is enclosed and overlooks the Marina and the mountain.
Shops and restaurants visible from the studio at less than 300 m, open from March.
In the heart of the marina, commodities are within 5 min walk and the beach is 10 min walk away, water park, international golf and many activities nearby.

Un studio cabine très bien sur tous les points
L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec une plage à 10mn à pieds. La plage en question est idéale pour les familles et dispose aussi d'un parking (payant mais pas excessif, 3€ pour 3H).
L'appartement est très calme. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais nous avons apprécier la possibilité de faire des ballades sur la marina le soir et d'avoir un petit centre avec supermarché, journaux, pizzas à cinq minutes à pieds.
Les propriétaires sont très prévenants, très bon contact.
