We rent out our cozy and newly renovated apartments for nice people. The house is 160 m2 over two floors with 3 large bright bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen with dining area and large living room, and living room upstairs.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have private balconies, and the bedroom on the ground floor has a door out to the garden.

The house is air conditioned, has a private garden with swimming pool, totaling three verandas with views and terrace dining. The house appears to be large and spacious.

St Cyprien is a cozy village in the Pyrenees Orientales. Here you get a taste of the authentic southern French Mediterranean life. It is within easy reach of France's longest and best beaches, seaside resorts and small picturesque port cities - full of culture, food and wine. The landscape in this area is indescribably lush and varied. Mountains that is 20 min from the house makes it possible to go on beautiful walks. Nearby there are also golf courses and opportunities for cycling, riding, sailing and numerous other activities for children and adults.

The capital of this part of Southern France's Perpignan, the sunniest town in the whole of France. With its Catalan character, you also get the impression of Spain. Both bullfights and paella are important cultural ingredients for locals.

The house is owned by Karen and Jon Gjerde who lives in Bergen. We have made all the arrangements for that you will have a great stay. We can help with all the practical information from flights / airports, rental car to the house, the area and activities. Our local, English speaking contact person will meet you at the house or guide you there and give out keys and pave the way for the best stay.

La villa est très belles dans un secteur très calme seul problème est que la mairie a réaliser l’entretien des espaces vert à partir de 6 ou 7 heures du matin ce qui nous a réveiller pendant plus de 4 jours Nous avons passée de très bonne vacances La piscine est assez grande pour nous mais elle devrait être un peu plus nettoyer et réparer l’aclairage dans la piscine qui ne tient plus La vaisselle devrait être vérifier car par tres propres Les poussière devrait être un peu plus

Traumhaft schön

Eigentlich möchten wir gar nicht bewerten, damit nicht so viele andere dieses tolle Haus finden:) Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Objekt, wir konnten alles genießen - die Lage, die Nähe zu touristischen Zielen, die Sauberkeit, das Ambiente und und und ... aber besonders war die Begleitung und Betreuung durch Monsieur Mazhar, der jederzeit für Fragen und Hilfestellungen zur Verfügung stand, uns wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise gab und mit dem wir uns so nett in einer Melange aus französisch, englisch und deutsch austauschen konnten. Fünf Sterne sagen eigentlich nicht alles, wir vergeben noch ein großes Plus dazu.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einer Top-Ausstattung und einem sehr großen und tollen Pool. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Dekoration dieses Hauses, der Ruhe und dem Ort, in dem es sich befindet. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich ein sehr schön angelegter Park mit einem kleinen See und Spielplatz. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3km. Den großen Pool haben wir oft gut genutzt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß dabei. Ich möchte Herrn Gjerde für die Freundlichkeit und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation danken. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Herr Mazhra, welcher uns vor Ort immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Zudem war er immer sehr nett und freundlich und keine Frage war ihm zuviel. Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren sehr traurig als dieser nach 2 Wochen zu Ende war. Wir können das Haus, den Ort und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir selbst vielleicht nächstes Jahr dort unseren Urlaub wieder verbringen können. Danke nochmal für alles.

Vacances d’été à Saint-Cyprien et ses alentours.

Nous avons passés de belles vacances dans la région de Saint Cyprien. La maison est spatieuse, lumineuse, agréable et très bien placée. Vous trouverez tout ce dont avez besoin aux alentours, boulangerie, grandes surfaces etc... le parc de la prade se trouve à l’entrée du lotissement. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la plage qui est située à proximité. Nous apprécions cette région, les paysages sont magnifiques et les lieux sont reposants. À très très bientôt !

Des vacances fabuleuses

J ai été stupéfaite par la beauté de cette maison.nous nous sommes senti tout de suite comme chez nous. Nous avons été ravi par la belle décoration de cette maison, du calme, de l endoit où elle est située avec toutes les commodités autour. Ce beau parc de la parade pour y faire de jolies promenades, le centre médical juste en face ainsi que les magasins à proximités. Il y avait franchement un grand pincement au cœur de quitter la maison lors du retour. Ma fille en a même pleuré. Nous avons vraiment passés d excellente vacances dans cette belle villa. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine.les enfants se sont bien amusés. Je tiens à remercier Mr et Mme Gjerde pour leur gentillesse et leur facilité à communiquer avec eux. Mais aussi Mr Mazhra qui est d une très très grande gentillesse, très disponible pour le moindre soucis( même si il n y en a pas eu) et d un grand professionnalisme.nous espérons très fortement pouvoir revenir dans cette charmante villa. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce quartier de St Cyprien qui est à côté du parc de la Prade, cette maison est très bien située, propre et spacieuse. Autre satisfaction, la personne qui s'occupe de la location est à notre écoute et a tout fait pour nous satisfaire. Juste de 2 choses qu'il faudrait préciser sur le descriptif, la climatisation est au sol et donc le premier étage n'est pas climatisé ; et aussi il n'y a pas de four à micro-ondes contrairement à ce qui est mis dans le descriptif.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das Haus (insbesondere die Küche) ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ruhig in der Nähe des sehr schönen Prada-Parkes. Während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes hatten wir leider auch einige Tage mit starkem Wind und niedrigeren Temperaturen als erwartet. Trotzdem konnten wir die schöne Umgebung erkunden.

Vacances au top

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ; la maison est chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, la décoration raffinée. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour se reposer et déconnecter avec le quotidien. Nous avons profiter un maximum de la piscine (pas de vis à vis avec les voisins, top !). Le parc de la Prade situé à quelques mètres est joli et permet de s'adonner à la course à pied ou à la marche rapide. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous de suite et avons eu le plaisir de croiser les propriétaires qui sont vraiment sympathiques et accueillants (merci pour leur attention, boissons fraîches à disposition dès notre arrivée). Petit clin d’œil spécial au régisseur pour sa disponibilité, nous avons apprécié sa gentillesse, son efficacité et sa discrétion ! Nous recommandons ce séjour et envisageons d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Fantastic family holiday home!

We have recently returned from a fabulous 2 weeks holiday at this fantastic house. We were on holiday with our son and daughter aged 7 and 12 and the house and location is ideal for a family! It is the first holiday we have been on that we did not feel ready to leave and go home! It is furnished extremely well with a wonderful contemporary feel to it. The house is very spacious and well equipped (the children really liked the fridge with the ice dispenser during the hot days) and the lounge certainly had the wow factor with its high ceiling! The pool is a fantastic size (approx 8m x 4m) with steps that go down to a deep pool which we all loved! Only 2 minutes walk away is a lovely local bakery that does amazing cakes, bread and croissants and a good supermarket next door. There are plenty of places to visit locally including the lovely beaches, small towns with many restaurants and the Aqualand and Crazy Golf for the children. There is a lovely park on your doorstep with a pond with many pathways to walk too. Collioure, a wonderful Medieval town is a must to visit (15 mins away) as is the famous city Carcasonne. We even had a great day trip to Barcelona and the mountains! The owner was very polite and responsive with his replies to emails and our contact person Mazhar in France was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend the property and would like to return ourselves someday!
