Bien mais sans plus, rapport qualité/prix à améliorer

Les + : - la maison est bien située entre plage et village, des petits commerces sont accessibles à pied - le quartier est calme - le stationnement est aisé - l'espace intérieur de la maison est fonctionnel Les - : - la maison n'est pas climatisée et c'est une horreur en cas de forte chaleur - la propreté peut franchement être améliorée - le "jardin" indiqué n'en est pas vraiment un mais juste une terrasse recouverte de gazon synthétique, les enfants se sont vraiment sentis à l'étroit - la maison est en fait celle du propriétaire. Certaines armoires/portes ne sont pas accessibles et condamnées avec des cadenas peu esthétiques. Bien que nous comprenions le pourquoi, cela renforce le sentiment de ne pas être chez soi. Nous sommes habitués à louer des maisons de vacances et c'est la première fois que nous avons le sentiment d'avoir un mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Maison agréable et spacieuse. Quartier très calme. Piste cyclable pour accès plage,village,centre.

Maison qui mérite votre visite, voisinage calme et pour les enfants piste cyclable à proximité. Mais quelques améliorations à apporter : chaudière capricieuse, spots au dessus plaques électriques à changer et mezzanine qui n'est pas faite pour les personnes trop grandes, car attention aux bosses. Merci à Fabienne pour ses interventions rapides pour régler les petits soucis de chaudière.
