Un très bon séjour en septembre

Nous connaissons très bien st cyprien plage....depuis 35 ans..mais nous y retournons toujours....toujours autant de bonheur et de joie de passer nos vacances ici

Agréable séjour

Résidence calme, maison agréable avec son petit jardin, seul petit point négatif, le ménage devrait être un peu plus soigné. L'equipe Abritel est vraiment sympathique et réactive dès qu'il y a un besoin. Je recommande cette propriété. Merci pour ce bon séjour

Maison reposante

Maison agréable avec jolie terrasse. La piscine est un plus, grande et propre. Plusieurs petits commerces se situent à 2 mn à pied. Pour ce qui est de la plage, il faut privilégier la voiture car 20 bonnes mn à pied.

Propriétaire trés agréable. Villa fonctionnelle avec terrasse sans vis à vis. Petit désagrément avec 1 des portillons malgré l'intervention des techniciens. Le ménage est à revoir.

Que demander de mieux???

Une location dans une résidence très calme ou nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres. Une villa spacieuse pour 4 personnes ou tout est fait pour Que vous passiez un bon séjour. La piscine très grande est très utile dès qu'il y a trop de vent. Je recommande!!!!!

Très bon séjour!!

Location très agréable et spacieuse dans une grande résidence calme. Équipement ménager complet. Piscine très grande et très belle (25m de long). Petit centre commercial à 5mn à pied, plage en 15-20mn à pied. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Seul point négatif pour notre séjour, la société qui gère la remise des clés (intendance): la personne qui nous accueille n'est pas poli, elle est incapable de nous indiquer notre place de parking, ne sait pas comment s'ouvre le portail de la résidence et ignore qu'il faut un badge pour accéder à la piscine... Et pour finir, l'intendance ne s'est pas montré du tout coopératif quant à un départ dans la nuit Heureusement que le propriétaire, que nous avons du contacter, a été très réactif et arrangeant Nous recommandons cette location

Logements situé près d’une route et très bruyant. Très bruyant à l intérieur de la propriété, barrières toujours restées ouvertes nuit et jour. , tout le monde peut circulercomme bon lui semble,pas très sérieux Concernant le logement ,décoration très vieillottes , vaisselles anciennes ,à besoin d’un renouvellement en neufs Il faut prévoir du linges de maison car pour 10€ Par personne ,draps-housses en synthétiques pas de draps que des housses de couettes et toujours en synthétiques qui vous collent à la peau tellement la qualité est médiocre, serviettes de toilettes qui essuient pas également de très mauvaises qualitées , surtout à déconseiller prévoir le linge de maison.

Excellent séjour dans une résidence au calme, hébergement bien équipé et confortable

La location est bien équipée en matériel et vaisselle, belle TV et wifi inclus. La terrasse ombragée est agréable avec un beau mobilier et son barbecue en maçonnerie. La literie est confortable. Accès à la plage par un chemin arboré séparé de la route (qui fait aussi office de parcours santé). Je recommande.

Location dans résidence calme

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. Cependant la maison était froide lors de notre arrivée (27 février) et il a fallu 2 jours pour atteindre une température correcte malgré le radiateur de secours sur roulettes. D'autre part, la télécommande du portail ne fonctionnait pas pour entrer dans la résidence et ensuite les deux portails sont restés ouverts en permanence pendant 2 jours. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée est petite mais la literie est très confortable avec un matelas très épais. La maison était très propre et la vaisselle d'une propreté irréprochable. La place de parking proche de la maison est appréciable. Je conseille cette location.

Très bel endroit au calme et bien situé

Häuschen in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage nicht wirklich nahe zum Strand

Das 1-stöckige Häuschen liegt in der Anlage Pierre de Jade und hat eine kombinierte Wohn-Küche zwei Schlafzimmer eines im OG eines im EG die beide sehr klein sind. Die Treppe ins OG ist extrem steil. Die Küche selbst ist gut ausgestattet, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowellenherd aber die restliche Einrichtung is qualitativ nicht besonders gut. Das Bad hat eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang und ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Waschmaschine ist ok. Die Terasse hat einen primitiven Grill und bietet Platz für 4 Personen zum Sitzen. Die restliche Fläche ist mit Kieselsteinen aufgefüllt und nicht benutzbar. Der Blick von der Terasse ist auf die umgebenden Häuser und die haben freien Blick auf die Terasse und in das Haus. Der Vermieter reagiert nur auf den letzten Drücker auf Fragen per Mail, per SMS gar nicht. Wir wurden von Viviane empfangen und versorgt, die nur französisch spricht aber zum Glück ihre Tochter dabei hatte die Englisch fließend kann. Die haben uns dann auch erst einmal die Grundausstattung für das Häuschen besorgt, welche nicht vorhanden war. Also Bettwäsche lieber selber mitbringen, unsere musste erst in allen verschiednen Farben gekauft werden. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fällt dann auch Miete an. Der Pool ist 20x12m und gut und nicht weit entfernt. Parken kann man innerhalb der geschützten Anlage die von Franzosen dominiert wird. In Fussnähe sind Geschäfte und Restaurants.
