Set in the heart of a 27-hole golf course, the property is 900 metres from the beach (accessible via cycle path or secure footpath) and 2 km from the harbour.
This spacious two-bedroom flat on the first floor comprises:
an entrance hall, a functional fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, washing machine)
a first bathroom (bath) and separate toilet,
a living room with pull-out sofa bed and TV, access to the terrace offering a magnificent view of the golf course,
a first bedroom with two side-by-side 90 cm beds (sleeping 180 cm) and its private terrace
and a second bedroom with a 90 cm bunk bed and desk giving access to a second bathroom (bath) and separate toilet.
The accommodation has WiFi!
The residence offers a communal swimming pool (12x10) open from mid-May to mid-October (subject to change) and, in season, a bakery service, a laundrette, two restaurants and a bar.
