Located just 20 meters from the Loire River, this comfortable 50 m² cottage is fully equipped for two guests and offers a private jacuzzi as well as access to a 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (use at your own risk).
The region is known for its medieval history, architecture, castles, vineyards, equestrian traditions, and gastronomy. You can also explore the area by bike along marked trails beside the Loire. The cottage is just 10 minutes from Saumur and 45 minutes from Angers.
You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay: a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker (soft pods), cooler, air cooler if needed, an electric 160 cm bed with separate mattresses, and a spacious walk-in shower.
Towels are provided: bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels, except for personal products (shampoo, shower gel, etc.).
After a day of sightseeing, unwind in the indoor jacuzzi. The above-ground 10 m x 5 m pool is available depending on the weather.
The cottage is attached to the owners’ house, who are present and available to assist you. The terrace is shared. The entire property is secure with an electric gate, outdoor camera, and full fencing. Parking is right in front of the house.
Pets are welcome if they are friendly with others, as we have a cat and a dog. We look forward to welcoming you for a pleasant stay.
