This 100m² house, warm and well-designed, can accommodate up to 8 people. You enter directly into the living area, bathed in natural light. The living room and dining room offer a friendly space, perfect for gathering around an aperitif or a good meal. From this room, you directly access the enclosed garden, conducive to moments of relaxation in the open air. A terrace fitted with garden tables and a plancha will allow you to enjoy your meals in the sun or read quietly in the shade of a parasol.
Next to the living room, the independent kitchen awaits you with all the necessary equipment to prepare your favourite dishes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you might need. An adjoining laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, completes this functional space.
On the night side, the house consists of four comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in an adjoining annex accessible through the courtyard: a first one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), followed by a shower room, then a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190). The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, accessible via the living room stairs: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other with two bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children.
