The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A bright 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, opening onto the terrace
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, wine rack, dolce gusto coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140*190) and en-suite shower room
- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower for rinsing beach and fishing gear.
- The laundry room is a room to be shared with the inhabitants of the adjoining duplex if it is rented.
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Relaxation area with armchair and coffee table
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a study area
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two adults)

- A private heated 8x4 swimming pool, available from May to the end of September. It is secured by an electric curtain. A liability waiver for rental with swimming pool must be signed on arrival.
- A beautiful 700 m² garden with parking on the north-east side and a large south-west-facing terrace surrounding the pool, with a dining area for 8 people under a pergola, bar and high chair next to the pool and sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, in a residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market around 5 minutes away by car.
