    L'emplacement de la location est très intéressante. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. On peut se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Toutefois, l'appartement est localisé en bordure d'un grand boulevard donc très bruyant. On ne peut pas ouvrir côté rue.

    Bon sejour à St Brieuc avec abritel Cependant, la literie (sommier en lattes defectueux et couette tachée) Beaucoup de bruits la nuit sous les fenétres génants lorsque la chaleur nous oblige à dormir les fenétres ouvertes) joli appartement, belle déco et electro menager performants.

    Un vrai point central pour découvrir la région

    Appartement très bien placé pour se rendre dans le centre ville mais également près des voies rapides , ce qui est un gros plus pour des vacanciers .D’autre part , le bâtiment était très calme et il a toujours été facile de se garer . Quant à l’appartement lui même , tout est refait à neuf et est très confortable . Il est juste important de savoir qu’il se situe en étage sans ascenseur et donc plus difficile d’accès pour des personnes à mobilité plus réduite , des parents avec jeunes enfants ou simplement de grosses valises . En tout cas , nous avons vraiment apprécié
