16th century manor house with incomparable charm. It is a comfortable, secret, silent place but not isolated. The words that will come to mind once you enter the property will be "... It's paradise here! ... "
Over 16 acres of fields and gardens, with a unique configuration of a wide variety of trees. A horse court, a duck pond, a very large swimming pool (6x12 m), a tennis court, a petanque area, a sauna, a plancha, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for the warm summer evenings. The only sounds you will hear are those of birds and animals. It is the best configuration for a family break or for car enthusiasts to attend the Le Mans race, the Le Mans Classic, etc. (It usually takes me 50 minutes to get to the track).
We have plenty of parking spaces.
You can also enjoy the area which holds many treasures, as shown in the attached map.
This is our home. We love it so much and find it so unique (we've traveled to so many places around the world) that we're happy to share it. There are no words to describe its charm.
A few quiet houses you won't see (and they don't see you). A quiet village. Your shopping is in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, 8 minutes away by car. If you ever want to go to Paris, it's only an hour away by train. Other directions such as
Angers (Tapestry of the Apocalypse, Castle, beautiful historic town full of typical shops) is 20-25 minutes away by local train. The same goes for Le Mans, but if you are a fan of vintage cars, it is best to go through the small country roads.
The nearest ferries are Ouistreham or Saint Malo, but basically none of them are very far away: Cherbourg, Le Havre etc.
