The building has a historic listing as it is where the brothers George and Felix Powell were born, and went on to create "Pack up your Troubles in your old kit bag" in 1915.
A quaint, quirky, comfortable cottage perfect for groups, including an indoor hot tub, with on-site private parking for one medium size car, and additional on street parking.
Close to the A55, Glan Clwyd Hospital and St Asaph Business Park are also nearby,
