House on 3 levels and split-level. 1st floor (overlooking the terrace): living room-kitchen, living room with fireplace (wood included), 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people, 1 bed 1 person), a shower room with toilet (shower with WC - suitable for person with reduced mobility), WC separated. Ground floor: 1 room (1 electric bed 2 people, 1 bed 1 person 110 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 2 people / 1 bed 2 people, 1 bed 1 person + 1 lit1 person in a mezzanine in robe with access by a ladder). Mezzanine sitting area overlooking the living room. Terrace and playground. Public parking at the entrance to the hamlet to 50 m with possibility to unload the car in front of the cottage. If sheets, beds are made on arrival. Orelle gondola ski / Val Thorens 11 km, La Norma 12 km, Aussois 14 km. Great typical country gite located 6 km from Modane and 11 km from the gondola of Orelle linked to Val Thorens / Les 3 Vallées. At the heart of a quiet hamlet on a slope facing East-South-West, surrounded by meadows and forests. Gite very comfortable with atypical volumes. A lot of charm and style. Very neat and personalized decoration. Large terrace with multi-level Garden (gazebo, chairs). Very nice view on the Valley and the mountains. Superb individual chalet full of charm located near family ski resorts (Aussois, Norma) and the Orelle gondola linking Val Thorens / 3 Valleys area. An exceptional location at the gates of the Vanoise National Park with a trip to Italy through the Fréjus tunnel. A typical chalet to discover in this magnificent territory of Haute-Maurienne!
