Refurbished apartment in a stone house (former Presbytery of St Alban Auriolles), comfortable and modern, with 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family (3, 4 people).

Located on the second floor, the apartment consists of:
a living room with: sitting area (3 seater sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player), dining area for four people,
a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge
freezer, oven, hotplates),
a bathroom (shower, WC),
 upstairs: a master bedroom (160x200 bed),
in another room a second bedroom with 2 sofa beds of 70x200 which can be grouped together (140x200), balcony with a lovely view of the vineyards.
Possibility of renting household linen in addition (fixed price 15 € / pers) and cleaning on departure (fixed price 50 € / pers), for particular request to ask us, we adapt!

The village of St Alban Auriolles:

Located at the confluence of 3 rivers: Ardèche, Labeaume and Chassezac, Saint Alban Auriolles is equidistant from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Bois de Païolive (many hikes, swimming). Not far away are the Cévennes, which offer breathtaking views, and even Lozère (Lac de Villefort among others), and of course the Montagne Ardéchoise with its many possible activities: canyoning, via ferrata, canoeing, horse riding, speleology… and its essential places (Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Ray-pic waterfall, Mont Mézenc…)

Ideal place for lovers of cycling (signposted routes) and hiking (Cévennes ardéchoises).

15 minutes from Vallon pont d'Arc, 20 minutes from the Pont d'Arc Cavern (Grotte Chauvet 2), and 15 minutes from Bois de Païolive.

Accessible on foot: Market every Monday morning at Place de la Mairie, mini-market (7 days a week in summer) and bakery in the village, Farms (seasonal fruit and vegetables produced in St Alban) in the village.
Nearby: numerous night markets (in season) and local farmers' markets (all year).

Parking lots nearby (a small one at 20 meters, a large one at 100 meters)

In July and August festivals nearby: Labeaume in music, Music in Jalès, Barjac enchants me, and also summer events in most restaurants throughout the summer.
